The holiday apartment was not cleaned, full of dust clouds, cobwebs in the corners, and hair from previous tenants in the rooms, Mold in the corners of the rooms (bedroom) and on the bathroom tiles, shower partition defective, lamp by the bed was ripped from the wall by previous tenants - with exposed wires,,, Furnishings worn out and dirty (stains on upholstered furniture, dirt stains on the walls), Defective patio furniture, refrigerator with broken shelves, extractor hood stuck and full of dust bunnies,,, The designated guest card is NOT the Stubai Card, but a PDF of the registration certificate sent by email! This accommodation is not recommended!

Defekte Einrichtung (freie Stromleitung an Bettlampe, Kühlschrank mit kaputten bzw. fehlenden Ablagen, kaputte Terrassenmöbel...Keine Gästekarte für Stubaital - nur Meldezettel!!!Schlechte Kommunikation mit Vermieter bzw. Beauftragte.

Die Ferienwohnung war nicht gereinigt, voller Staubwolken, Spinnennetze in den Ecken und Haare von Vormietern in den Zimmern. Schimmel in den Zimmerecken (Schlafzimmer) und an Badfließen, Duschabtrennung defekt, Lampe am Bett war von Vormietern aus Wand gerissen - mit freiliegenden Kabeln... Einrichtung abgewohnt und schutzig (Flecken auf Polstermöbeln, Dreckflecken an den Wänden. Defekte Terrassenmöbel, Kühlschrank mit kaputten Ablagen, Dunstabzug verklebt und voller Staubflusen... Die ausgewiesene Gästekarte ist NICHT die Stubai-Card, sondern ein PDF der Meldebescheinigung per Mail! Diese Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten kein besonderes Glück mit den Unterkünften, aber wir waren selbst Sch ...

Wir hatten kein besonderes Glück mit den Unterkünften, aber wir waren selbst Schuld, dass wir uns nicht früher darum gekümmert haben. Daher sind die 125€/Nacht zwar zu teuer, aber Angebot und Nachfrage regeln den Preis. Dass keine Microwelle oder Geschirrspüler in der Wohnung sind ist schade, aber man kann es aus aus der Beschreibung entnehmen. Geschirr und Besteck reichen gerade für vier Personen - leider waren die Pfannen ungespült im Schrank. Der Duschkopf hält auch nicht mehr an der Duschstange (da Halterung gebrochen) und eine Nachttischlampe baumelt gefährlich an der Wand. Dass das WLAN nicht in der Wohnung (da Nebengebäude) verfügbar ist, und dass der Fernseher keine Sender hat - geschenkt. Dass es einige Spinnweben an den Decken gibt - passiert in den besten Familien. Was mich richtig sauer gemacht hat war die Schlüsselübergabe, die sich über 1,5 Stunden hinzog und Belvilla und Betreiber gegenseitig die Verantwortung dafür zuschoben. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war nicht da, das Belvilla System hat mich zweimal aus der Leitung geworfen und am Ende haben wir irgendjemanden mit Generalschlüssel hereskaliert, nachdem Belvilla über eine halbe Stunde keine Rückmeldung geben konnte. Wir konnten den Urlaub antreten, aber der Tenor war gesetzt.
