  • A 29-square-meter studio apartment with a balcony on the second floor, in a quiet, sunny location thanks to its south-facing exposure, cozy, located right on the cross-country ski trails, ideal for nature lovers and those who enjoy hiking in the mountains, and in the heart of Val Clarée, a protected area. You won’t need a car during your stay.
    Nearby, you’ll find a pizzeria with Wi-Fi, a grocery store, a sports shop for equipment rentals, a honey shop, and a tennis court.
    In the summer, via the Col della Scala, Bardonecchia is just a 20-minute drive away, and Turin is about 90 km further on.
    Briançon is 15 km from Névache: from there, you can reach the Queyras Valley and the Col du Montgenèvre.

L'appartement est très bien situé.Il est idéal pour 4 personnes car assez bien agencé.Le hameau du Roubion est sympa et il y a 2 très bon restos, épicerie et location de matériel.

Très bon séjour au calme

L'appartement est très bien situé juste au départ des activités nordiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement propre et avec toutes les commodités. La vallée de la clarée vaut le coup d'être découverte!

Super séjour à Névache

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Georgio. très bien placé, très propre, très pratique, l'appartement est vraiment agréable. Marie, qui s'occupe de l'arrivée et de départ est très sympathique.
