“I don't think I can say enough about the coconut farm. Location was fantastic and the property itself was awesome. The view over the palm trees to the ocean and Nevis was just stunning. My children really enjoyed the animals there, from being greeted by Ginger the cat in the morning, going to pet the dogs and tortoises. Bacchus the property manager was so nice and helpful. We explored other beaches but found that the beach by the property was the best and it is where people staying elsewhere……

“This cottage was exactly as in the pictures. Except, the view are even BETTER than the pictures. I spent hours on the back terrace. I will never like showering indoors again!! The lounge was nice and right on the beach. Yellow and Sharon were very kind. Neither island is very cluttered with people.”

“What a change of scenery this was compared to living in a city! Now that I'm back home, I miss the sounds of nature from this place. At first, the sounds of the insects, goats and chickens was kind of a shock to my system. I had a hard time sleeping for the first night or two. But I totally got used to it, and now I miss it. This place is walking distance to the best grocery store on the island. And it is an easy drive to plenty of beaches and restaurants. Karen has a wealth of information about……

“Our host, Austin, made all the arrangements for worry free arrival and departure. A cab met us at the airport in St Kitt's and took us to the water taxi. Austin met us on the Nevis side and drove us to the cottage where our rental car was waiting in the driveway. The cottage was very comfortable with a lovely verandah and gorgeous views. There was always a breeze so the weather was comfortable. It is a small island, so it was easy to drive to beaches, sites, stores and restaurants. The internet……

“We stayed at this property for three weeks. Brett Williams was our host and incredibly helpful arranging transport to and from Nevis. Also a rental car ( necessary) when we got there. The cottage has a magnificent view of the Carribbean in the distance and is high enough up to take advantage of the constant breezes. We are both in our 70's and did just fine. The cottage covers the basic necessities. Comfy bed, linens, shower and adequate kitchen. Most all time is spent outdoors enjoying Nevis.……

“The property was great. We really enjoyed the monkeys and the Pavillion restaurant. The only problems were the tiny black ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. The bidet in the front bathroom did not work, there were only two towels per bathroom, and the front bathroom had no shower curtain or blinds on the bathroom shower for privacy, we couldn't find any kitchen towels.”

“We spent 3 weeks at Nevis Palm. Loved the house and pool. Easy stroll down to the beach. The hosts were very attentive to all of our needs. Nevis has maintained its Carribean authenticity. It has great beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and most of all friendly people. We will back next year for sure.”

“Amazing space and garden. The host has thought of everything, like a slow cooker so that you can prepare your meals to be ready when you return from the beach. A can opener, and even a beach towel. You might even see Monkeys visit the garden. Communicating with the host revealed that we can even get food delivered… just bring some mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside in the evening”
