"The most unique hotel property and rooms that I have ever been in. You are literally staying in a living museum and the staff is world class. Absolutely magical."
"Stayed in junior suite loved everything about the property. Booked this last minute and the staff helped me coordinate airport transfers via WhatsApp.
1st nite had the most delicious dinner. It was one of the best meals I had in Turkey!! Get the lamb. The vibes are simply amazing. The staff are friendly and super helpful.
The only thing I didn’t like was my room (116) did not have a bathroom door. The staff offered to relocate me to a lower lever bigger room, but I eventually chose to stay in 116 because it had a balcony from which I could view the ballrooms being blown up from my room . Hotel is walking distance to the highest viewpoint point to watch the sunset or balloon watch along the mountain ridge. There is a 30 euro fee(credit cards only) charged by the town to get to the viewpoint and you have to hike up a short steep hill, but the view is so worth it. The hotel offers tour packages to ride balloons and the packages were competitively priced. Hotel is also walking distance to the town which has endless shops and restaurants. Would stay again !!"
"Beautiful hotel with fantastic views and excellent breakfast. Staff is very helpful and location is great. Wonderful terrace to view the hot air balloons."
"We had an utterly fantastic 4-night stay at Artemis Cave Suites in Goreme (aka Cappadocia). The hotel was incredibly charming and consisted of a number of rooms that were literally carved into the sandstone rocks. Our hostess, Rose, was awesome and went out of her way to explain the hotel’s amenities to us, make recommendations for our activities, and book tickets and transportation. The included breakfast was excellent and the attached Kaira restaurant was very good too. The view from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular, especially in the evening after dark. Our room was surprisingly large and well maintained. Everything worked perfectly, its fixtures were quite modern and the WiFi was high speed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia."
"Amazing Staff! The manager walked us around the hotel and explained all of the options of activities and multiple pools to use. They are a group of hotels like Sultan and another adult only cave hotel!within steps of each other. And you can use all of the rooftops and pools. Excellent breakfast and amazing dinner choices . They have 4 restaurants! Great Location! And very clean! Toilettes smell great and shower is hot and very nice! Very happy with everything! Great place to watch balloons or just relax!"
"Beautiful hotel, quality of hotel shows with all the facilities. Rooms are amazing, room stays very dark because we didnt have any natural lighting but it was okay. Breakfast was lovely, outdoor pool area is nice.
Only downside for us was the indoor pool not being heated, kids wanted to go in at night but couldn't get in from how cold the water temperature was."
"Very very very beautiful property. The staff was super helpful with one exception (probably my language barrier.)
Room was a king with a small pool, Hamam, living room and bathroom. 119. It was directly across from the pool and the restaurant and the spa. Not sure if there could be a more convenient location. We loved it.
AC is weird, because is it an actual cave. I think the AC does more for dehumidifying (because of the pool in the room) than for climate control. In the end, it was comfortable, but someone could have explained how to use it better.
Pool makes noise like a fountain. My wife and I do not like that. Some people will like it. This is a preference thing, not a quality of room or service thing. Just be aware, if you hate bubbling water sounds, the pool room will be an issue. HOWEVER, one phone call, and 5 minutes later it was turned off. Excellent service. Not a complaint.
The restaurant on site was excellent. Tasting and wine pairing was spot on. Chef is good and cares about presentation. 5 stars.
The breakfast was good, service was good.
Location is remote. You will be driving a lot to get places, but that’s ok. The cities near the attractions did not seem great to us to stay in. We are happy to have stayed here.
Lastly - we booked our own guides and activities. The hotel concierge can do that for you ahead of time. Use is. I think they make a tremendous effort to take care of their guests. Use them."
