「Self check in. Never saw anyone but was sent two messages. First instructed us that we were in room 8 only to receive second message a couple of hours later saying we were instructed that room 10 was our room. I replied that we were in room 8 and we stayed there but never received a reply back. Everything worked good with check in process.」

「Room was very clean and updated. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.」

「Chill little one room cabin! Great little spot!」

「The trip was perfect! The place was everything that we thought it would be. The property was nestled back in the woods with nothing but us and the sounds of nature. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything that we needed to cook our meals. The owner was accessible and responsive. He gave detailed, clear instructions and was very kind. 10/10. We are already talking about coming back next year」

「Host waited until an hour or two to notify me they would be canceling. Very poor communication, left me with a sudden change of plans needed. Ruined the whole night.」

「Super clean and cute. Bed was so comfy. The view??? Hello so pretty. Would stay again」

「Very comfortable and had everything you need to feel at home!」

「Great home with ton of space for large groups. The hot tub and pool were great.」

「Very nice and clean property. Private location.」

「Pros: property was clean, attractive, comfortable and tons of space. Reasonable price, close to lots of fun places to explore. Hot tub and pool were enjoyable and the kitchen was fully functioning and a huge help to a large family. We would definitely stay there again. That said, there was room for improvement.Cons: It was definitely in the process of renovation, as one of the 7 bedrooms was closed off for repair, which we did not know about in advance. The pond had too much algae or something,...

「My friends and I stayed here over a weekend and everything was super nice, lots of room, and we were very happy with our stay 」

「A beautiful, well-kept cabin with plenty of amenities and meticulous surroundings... perfect for a quiet retreat. The owner was prompt in communicating when we had a couple of questions - very kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!」

「Ed was very knowledgeable and interesting. He gave us several great suggestions for places to visit and eat. He also offered us a tour of his property on his 4 wheeler, which was a lot of fun. I was able to feed the animals from the corn that grew on his property, too. Be sure to visit with him if you get the chance. The accommodations are part of Ed's house in the country. It's laid back and rural-not spotless but homey. :)」

「Beautiful property! The pool was fantastic in the hot weather!」

「So cozy and nice 」

「Great place for a retreat with my wife! While listed as "sleeps 5" the loft would only be suitable for 3 children, not adults. Wasn't a problem for us, but just a note for others. Property was clean, BEAUTIFUL views of the Mississippi from the house and the hot tub!」

「Was exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful scenery. The hot tub was my husband’s favorite part, as I enjoy the peaceful area. Had all the amenities that one would need for a stay. The host was very easy to get ahold of and was very responsive.」
