「There were minor cleaning issues in the bathroom, and my only/biggest complaint is the listing is misleading as it says you have no neighbors but the space is physically attached to a larger house and the driveway and entry/exit doors for both units open into the same small space. Additionally the front door has a large glass window with no curtains so you have absolutely no privacy. This is a direct conflict with the listing and I did bring this up to the landlord. That being said the location...

「Air conditioning kept things cool through warm evenings with quiet surroundings at night time as well。」

「Noticed the free WiFi sign as soon as we checked in.」

「Overall fine」

「I had wondered about the amenities. the coffee pot was not cleaned , actually had mold in it , and the carpet was lifting at one corner, where i kept tripping on it. I certainly appreciated the rest ! As it was during the turkey holiday and easy to find through downtown Hartford 」

「We really enjoyed our stay and the check-in/out process was easy. The location, decor, and parking were great. We were very grateful there wasn’t a list of cleaning or chores to do before we left. I don’t know if this is the best property for elderly people. The stairs are hard to navigate and don’t have a bannister all the way up, the rugs and thresholds between rooms are tripping hazards, the floors slant, and the level of the bottom of the tub is lower than then floor. These are all things...

「Having fresh towels ready along with an in-room microwave really helped snacking late at night be more convenient」

「Appreciated that the TV remote actually had batteries, which made watching easier. The WiFi was decent, not super fast but fine for basic browsing. Compared to other motels near the highway, this one felt quieter.」

「We liked having enough area for four people along with kitchen tools that helped prepare snacks during our stay close to shopping centers nearby.」

「On a work trip for two nights. WiFi worked reliably allowing me to send files without trouble. The room had heating and AC making temperature adjustments easy. Quiet spot great for resting between meetings.」

「Though my stay was short, having a microwave and fridge made grabbing snacks late at night easy and hassle-free.」

「Nice place」

「Arrived past midnight where friendly staff welcomed me promptly making settling down easier before early meetings downtown tomorrow morning.」

「Bed was firm but okay, nothing flashy about it though quite comfortable overall.」

「Beds had firm support yet weren't unpleasant at all.Shower supplied plenty hot water, bathroom sized reasonably suited single occupancy demands perfectly」

「Room was on the smaller side but had everything I needed including microwave and fridge. Getting around solo felt easy with Interstate 91 close by. Quick checkout made it hassle-free.」

「Great place downtown Hartford! Clean and quiet and minutes from everything! My only issue was that it claims to be fully furnished but there is no iron or steamer. Guests are often traveling in for events so having that on hand is essential. Other than that all was wonderful!」
