「Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for.」

「Beautiful, immaculate home. Timely communication with host. Easy check-in and out.」

「This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade. The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep. No central air. 「The property is very clean, recently updated and had more than enough room for the four of us staying. There was even an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds we didn't need. The neighborhood was super quiet and perfect to come back to after long days of adventure in the area.」

「An outstanding rental, we stayed six nights and loved the location. Had a lovely pond next door with walking/running path.」

「Wonderful spot for five ladies to enjoy an evening away close to Chesapeake City」

「Nice, unique property. Well equipped. Would be great for a large group.」

「A truly lovely place, really so comfortable, and only a few minutes from the heart of Kennett Square. This is a great stay near many wonderful spots to enjoy in the area. Host was very responsive and helpful!」

「Linda's home is perfect for family traveling! Everything you need for cooking, washing, and just enjoying. The back yard and Patio were awesome for Thunderstorm watching. We'll be back !」

「Everything was as advertised. Property is not new, but everything was clean and well cared for. Evenings on the water were peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and definitely intend to return.」

「Excellent rental walking distance to shops and restaurants. House was roomy and had everything we needed for a great stay. Fenced in yard for the pup was a great surprise!」

「Home away from home」

「The townhome was exactly as pictured, and was well stocked!」

「This was perfect for our week stay in Kenneth Square. The property is just as described and all the photos accurate. It was well stocked and then some! We appreciated the air conditioning as it was summertime and we live in a cooler climate. The neighborhood is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and even an awesome library.」

「Really beautiful place. Very clean and modern. The decor is beautiful. Easy check out instructions.」

「Great property with great outdoor space. Host allowed us to set up a traveling volleyball net in the backyard which was great for the kids and the fire pit was great for our family reunion. Communication with the host was smooth. We had 14 people and there were enough beds, baths and parking spots to accommodate us all. The main floor bedroom and bath was key for our elderly parents as there are a lot of stairs and step up/down to go between rooms.」

「Matt was a wonderful host whi responded to my texts very quickly. The house was perfect for a quick getaway celebrating my dad's retirement. Fishing from the dock was a plus, and everyone caught fish, even some "keepers".」
