「We have an 8 year old autistic grandson and the property was very safe for him. We did have to purchase doorknob covers for the doors to keep him from getting out but other than that it was great. Lots of toys for the kids to play with to keep them busy. Very clean. Location was very easy to find and get to. Very close to Sesame Place which was the purpose of our trip. Thanks for a great stay.」

「Zack, the owner was helpful and responsive. The house is lovely, clean and they have little details everywhere to make the stay more comfortable and feel like home.The pool is well cared for and pristine. The coffee bar was a plus and they have plenty of towels. I get cold a lot so I had to pick up a couple of extra blankets but everyone else in my family was okay. I was able to work and relax. It was a very peaceful stay in a lovely setting. We would definitely return. 」

「Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in Toms River. The interior was as pictured and was comfortable and perfect for our needs. The out door space was even nicer in person and we spent the majority of our time relaxing, cooking and swimming out there. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the location was great for easy commute to the beach and local restaurants and markets. Communication with Sean was quick and easy and he was able to accommodate all our requests. Would recommend...
