「Great place to stay.」

「Had a absolutely fantastic stay - feels like a home away from homeEverything you need」

「The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our night stay in Armidale. The recommended cafe was excellent as was the local pub for dinner on the Sunday night.」

「Although the unit we stayed in was compact, it was perfectly laid out and furnished. The standard of the kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery was much better than anywhere I've stayed. The furniture, bedding and general styling was done very thoughtfully across the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room to make the whole place comfortable and sumptuous. Its location in a quiet cul-de-sac near the centre of town was just right.」

「Wrong lockbox code on arrival and had to contact Stayz to get in. Owner apologised after for the mistake. Place was nice」

「Lovely roomy apartment full of nice touches. Well appointed kitchen and a useful little outdoor area. All the furniture and fittings were as new. Location wise it’s a few kilometers from restaurants and bars, but by no means is it out of the way. We had a bit of an issue with a noisy fridge while staying there, but the owner was very responsive and no doubt it will be repaired by now.」

「Friendly staff. Lovely spacious apartments with good facilities. Some ageing starting to show in high traffic areas and touch points. Watch for slip hazards in accessible bathrooms, and trip hazards in the others. The blackout blinds in bedrooms are brilliant.」

「Great Location, spacious, and clean. Highly recommend」

「Thankyou for our stay. We enjoyed watching all the beautiful birds in your garden in the afternoons. We felt comfortable and safe and most importantly warm on those frosty days. Thankyou Trevor for your hospitality」

「Modern, super clean and accessible property. Safe, and secure, and the host is superb. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and 10 minutes to the zoo」

「Neat, family‑friendly place close to everything. The host was very helpful and made the stay easy.」
