“There were four adults who shared apartment A. It was a great place to just "hang out." We enjoyed sitting around the fire ring listening to the birds and walking over to see the horses and deer in the field. We only stayed two nights. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. The kitchen was equipped with most of what you would need, although we could have used a grater for cheese and a baking dish. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time and would stay here again.”

“This apartment is so pretty. It was very comfortable. There were snacks from local companies, Utz chips and Hershey chocolate which was very thoughtful. “I highly recommend this studio if you’re in need of a soulcation. It is surrounded by trees yet minutes from the Main Street. The hosts were very welcoming, responsive and respectful of privacy. The studio is filled with light and has high ceilings. French doors lead to an in ground pool with lots of seating options and a hammock. All kinds of birds can be heard throughout the day. Lots of attention to detail in the studio from everything you need in a kitchenette to the coffee bar. Electric……

“Stayed during Christmas holiday while visiting family. Property is large and had plenty of room even when we hosted Christmas dinner for immediate family. Since I was cooking, the kitchen was very important. Grace’s kitchen is stocked with good quality dishes, pans and tools. This was our second stay at Chateau Ridge and it won’t be the last.”

“I was very happy with this VRBO. I stayed there for a month while working at the Battlefields rather than a hotel room and it was nice having all the open space. It is a short drive to Gettysburg and there is plenty of room for a family to stay. The hosts are great people!”

“The property was lovely as we approached. Many updated fixtures and room for our belongings. Some kitchen necessaries were provided along with 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. We were satisfied with the rental but would have appreciated more towels, kitchen ute sips like a spatula and a sharp knife for cutting. Also the overhead light were bright but lamps would have been softer. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning, not filthy but dusty and hadn’t been cleaned recently. Lastly, there did not……

“Everything in the other rave reviews is true! House is immaculate, baths are elegant, Brian is friendly and responsive, kitchen great for lots of cooking, loved having one table for all 16 of us. We enjoyed the games (volleyball, pool, etc.) and hot tub and pool and the trains (especially my son with ASD!) VERY valuable to us were having a bedroom and bathroom that required no stairs, reliable wi-fi despite having approximately one bazillion devices connected to it, and the awesome deck……
