“We had a great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Due to storm damage, our original booked cottage was not available and Deb offered us a different (much larger) home without added cost. We greatly appreciated it so we didn't have to cancel our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The area is beautiful and the beach was very clean. You cannot beat the views from the home. We look forward to staying here again!”

“Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay. It is not big, but efficient, pleasant and clean with nice little perks like salt and pepper in the kitchen. There were several staff members that went above and beyond. Unfortunately, when I complained about the $100 pet fee for one night, which seems extremely high, the manager told me that they can charge as much as $200 legally (so I should feel good about it?) and because I booked it on a third……
