“We stayed at this newly renovated beach house for a long weekend in April. The home is big, spacious and beautifully decorated. Every bed is super comfy and we fell asleep listening to the waves. We loved the big kitchen! We had all nine beds filled and still had plenty of room and privacy. We love Milford shoreline and this home made our weekend celebration just perfect. “This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot.”

“We really enjoyed this home and it was a perfect location for us. The house sits back from a main street and is well insulated so it is quiet. The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The bathrooms were all in great condition and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Anthony is a great host and even let us extend our stay. If you have children this home is great……

“Very nice place, stay there for a couple of nights for a get together, plenty of room. Only problem was some of the cleaning supplies where locked away where we couldn’t access it so we had to bring a mop and other supplies.”

“Beautiful water views from 1st and 2nd floors. Relaxing property right on the water. My children had a blast using the kayak and paddle board. We appreciated that life jackets were available. Very quiet neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to the association beach.”

“Where do i begin, on a last minute trip to CT we chose this place we needed a comfy place for the pups and wanted the privacy that a house afforded. This place checked all the boxes, exceeded our expectations and felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Tne neighborhood wasquiet and beautiful, the house open, spacious and well appointed. I love the fenced in yard for the pups and a nice backyard area when the weather is nice. Overall this place is an absolute gem and we'll be back!”

“What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.”
