Beautiful property grounds. This is an old historical home if you like that sort of thing. My kids loved feeding and petting the animals on the property. Property owner was communicative and very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay.

Jeff is absolutely a delight!! He was friendly and makes the best French toast I’ve ever eaten!! The grounds are beautiful and the animals are adorable and were an added bonus. We will definitely go back!

Attentive and informative staff prior to check-in, welcomed warmly to the property and our room, enjoyed a comfy restful evening and awoke to a cozy fire roaring in the dining room area to eat our freshly prepared breakfast. Many thanks to Daniel for all his hospitality! Visited the animals in the barn prior to departure, so cute :)

I fell in love with this beautiful farm, its miniature horses, sheep, Poe the goat, the beautiful landscape, the privacy from the road, & the location to Peddler's Village, New Hope, and Doylestown. Sitting on the porch rockers in the evening was so relaxing despite the cold temps outside.
Jeff, the owner was a superb host, and his breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day as well as to meet the other guests for some wonderful conversations.
Honestly, it felt like a home away from home the minute we drove up the driveway! My husband and I plan to return. We liked the laid-back atmosphere and the comfort that only this type of place can offer. A nice change from the standard hotel environment.
It looks like a wonderful place to hold special events. Thank you, Jeff!!

We had the room right next to the barn which was so fun being a city girl. Every morning on our way to breakfast we would feed the sheep and all the other barn animals. You couldn't hear them at night or in the early am which was my original concern upon seeing our proximity to the barn. If you are an animal lover or have kids who love animals this is a really fun property to stay at for the weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay over the weekend! The cottage was so cozy and clean and our breakfast with Tracy was delicious. Such kind people my children loved the animals on the beautiful farm grounds! We will be back this was our 2nd year staying here!

We found the place charming . It was clean and easy to check and out . The staff was very friendly helpful and always available. The breakfast was yummy . We got to feed the animals with some fruit they cut up for us .

Jeff the owner and Tracy the Innkeeper were amazing! They are so nice and personable. Eating breakfast by a raging fireplace every morning was awesome. Also walking around the farm, seeing deer, and also feeding the goats, sheep and ponies every day was really fun. Very convenient location too. I’m definitely staying again next year!
