「Had a lovely 2-night stay at the hotel as a quick reprieve from the city. The amenities were great, and we took full advantage of both pools and the hot tub. The grounds were lovely, and even with events going on at the property, it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was good, but the same thing 2 days in a row was a little boring. Overall an excellent experience and would stay again.」

「I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's...
