「Very nice apartment near the NuLu district. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Free parking which was great too. Somewhat confusing on my credit card statement, since they charged twice for half the amount. Total was fine, but confusing. 」

「Great place to stay for some tranquility. The full kitchen was great for our stay. The huge bathtub was a major plus for relaxing after a day on the lake. Lots of wildlife to see. Very secluded. This is the cabin. you need not look any further」

「This home has it all and I slept in the sunroom on the porch couch just to watch and hear the river traffic, and that was the best rest ever and can’t wait to go back. It’s got river features that come with the territory but look past that and you too will enjoy every minute here in paradise. 」

「Cabin is solid and beautiful, maintained perfectly, quality finishes and amenities. Property is spacious and beautifully landscaped. Private views and you feel secure and isolated from the rest of the world. Fish jumping in the pond, hummingbirds on the porch - oh, and there is a full length, covered porch on both the front and the back of the house. Just lovely. Bathroom, shower, etc., top notch, kitchen is very nice and definitely more than adequate. You feel at home, relaxed and comfortable...

「Cute updated condo. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable there. Area was pretty quiet and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Lots to do in this part of Louisville for few days. We enjoyed great food and bars. Bed was soft and comfy. 」

「The apartment was in a great building and very close to the parking garage (so we didn’t have to go far to bring our bags in). The apartment was fully furnished with a dishwasher and laundry. It was a few blocks off whiskey row so very easy to get around. The host was very communicative and gave us a bunch of recommendations before we arrived. Check-in instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Had a wonderful trip and would recommend staying here! 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property! The hot tub and small pool were perfect for keeping the kids entertained and gave us adults a chance to relax and unwind. The hosts provided thoughtful amenities like a coffee machine and hot cocoa station, which made the stay feel extra cozy and welcoming.The layout worked well for our group, though it’s worth noting that all bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed by a narrow, turning staircase…something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with...

「We had a great stay at Derby home. Was a short distance from great restaurants in Jeffersonville and a short drive to many distilleries in Louisville across the river. Tyler was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Definitely would stay again!」

「Nice lil cabin in the perfect location. It was also clean with boho like decor. Hot tub and pool are about .5 miles from cabin down a lane. That was a bummer. However, the view and fire pit area made up for it! There was a closer hot tub but no decking or steps in and out. Communication with caretakers / owners was extrodinary!!! 」
