“This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. Keep in mind this property does have stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms, but the double railings made it a breeze for my elderly parents. “This was my first experience (and last) with your company. The root cellar, unfinished basement, began passing thru metal cellar doors down a steep stairwell. Leading thru a maze of spaces including the hot water heater, shower curtain walls, exposed wiring and piping from below the home. The cheap linoleum flooring was so unsafe and uneven. “This property is not actually in a HOME, which was a bit misleading. It is in the upstairs of a retail building, and appears to have been an office space remodeled for apartments. The unit itself was in suitable condition. There were stains on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered (assuming this was from a previous customer), all amenities were in working condition. “Clean quiet mother in law type unit attached to the main dwelling. The hosts were friendly and attentive to any needs, of which there were very few. Fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, butter, English muffins and bagels. Also beer and some juice. Fresh fruit on the table. We had a wonderful stay.”
