Are you looking for a quaint 'Old Florida' place for family and friends to vacation? New Smyrna Beach is it!

Our Sea Coast Condominium oceanfront complex directly overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy sunrises and the moon in all its splendor rising over the water. Watch Dolphins jump in the surf from your own private balcony. Collect seashells along the safe 'non-driving' shoreline. Soak in the sun on the clean, white sand beach.

Whatever your pleasure, this impressive 5-star review condo has something for everyone. Families will enjoy the great pool deck area with a large swimming pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. You can walk for miles on an uncrowded beach.

Sea Coast is within walking distance (across the street) of the grocery store, bike rental, restaurants, and beach shops and is a short drive to protected parks, such as the Canaveral Seashore Park with historic Dora House, Manatee Park, and historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Enjoy many Waterfront Loop activities, including historic Canal Street & Flagler Avenue, shopping, art galleries, restaurants, and nightspots.

New Smyrna Beach is only an hour away from Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, and is just 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center/NASA, Daytona Beach, and NASCAR.

Golfing enthusiasts will find the LPGA Headquarters and golf course 20 miles north, in Daytona Beach, and many affordable and challenging courses within 10 miles of the beach.

We had never stayed at NSB and finding this property was awesome. Beautiful location, incredible condo, amazing beach, quaint/friendly town. So many cool places for breakfast, dinner and shopping! We will be back!

The condo is well supplied with anything you need. The king-sized bed is very comfortable and neither husband nor I had back issues. There are lots of comfy seating in the living room (leather sofa, leather recliner which looks new, and a chair with ottoman). The setting is perfect with 3 restaurants, an ice cream shop, Dollar General Market, and a liquor store right across the street, and of course the beach.

I enjoyed Linda's Condo at Sea Coast Gardens. I was disappointed that it was ocean view instead of ocean front. I think the photo of the 2 pools is misleading.
