A Well furnished and fully appointed studio that is only steps from the Atlantic Ocean & within walking distance to some great restaurants, shops and popular 27th Ave. beachfront park. Wake up in your adorable Atlantic Sand Dollar New Smyrna Beach condo, go for a morning jog and end up on the beautiful beach to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. We are located between central New Smyrna Beach, and southern Bethune Beach. The condo has a separate sleeping quarter in the enclosed sun room which features a full size bed, the main living area offers a love seat, large flat screen TV, kitchen, & bathroom. COME enjoy the New Smyrna Beach lifestyle and Relax in our cozy beach side cottage.

You are welcome to access our common area of the complex, but we ask that you respect other guests and homeowners. There is a laundry facility onsite which you are free to use for a small fee. please contact us if you would like to use the laundry and we can coordinate. There is only 1 parking space per unit.
