The perfect beach vacation condo!

There's so many little details that make this a great place to stay it's hard to list them all, but here are some of the best in our minds: it's very clean and tastefully furnished. It has all the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels you could ever need. It's on the first floor, right at the top of the stairs so you're off the ground floor but don't need to use the elevator. The designated parking spot is right at the bottom of the stairs so no long walks to the car, either - and you can see it from the kitchen window. The beach view through the deck and huge side windows is awesome. (It's on the south-facing side so the beach is prettier and you could watch any KSC launches from the living room or deck!) The condo is far enough South so as to be away from the busier, drive-on beach, but still close enough to bicycle to the Flagler shops. The wifi and TVs are great. And of course there are great pools and beach access. All in all we couldn't have enjoyed our stay here more and highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the Daytona/New Smyrna area!

Away from home with the comfort of home!

Living in Orlando, we find NSB to be our "go to" place for beach-time. We've stayed in quite a few condos as well as hotels and motels. This time we wanted to bring our little dog with us and it's quite difficult to find a nice place where he is welcome to stay. We wanted to be ocean front and we didn't want to be on too high a floor as we like taking stairs for added exercise, but not so many flights as we have to walk the dog a bunch of times a day. Done and done! Brent and Christina could not have been nicer. Their care in ensuring the comfort of their guests is evident in their keeping in touch prior to, during and after we were in their condo. The condo is immaculate (so important!). The furnishings are clean and very nice. Personally, I'm not into crafty beach decor, so this was a welcome change. Clean, tasteful and not overdone. The beds and linens are top quality, and there are many extra pillows and blankets should you need them. There are also two roll away beds available. There was an ironing board, several hair dryers, and lots of nice fluffy towels. And there were beach towels, too. The kitchen was well equipped. So are you getting my drift? We spent most of our time on the balcony. The view is gorgeous. Our dog loved sitting out there, and because it's a corner unit, you can see down the beach as well as in front of you. And there was a beautiful breeze after about 11:00 a.m. that lasted all day. Stairwell was right outside the door. Elevator was very close but I never used it. Assigned parking, so no frantic searching for a space. And, yes, you do have to walk the dog off property, but it's just at the end of the parking lot. And there is one of those little doggie plastic bag dispensers right at the end of the parking lot. Nice. The pools were big and nice. We also spent a lot of time in the lounge chairs on the deck at the edge of the property right where the sand starts. Seems as though you're in the sand, but you don't have to drag your chairs out, and if you want to go in the ocean, it's right in front of you. The grounds are kept very clean and the people we encountered from Sea Coast Gardens were all very nice. So, I'm signing off now and hoping you choose this condo with Brent and Christina. I don't think you will be disappointed. We didn't want to leave! Have FUN! (Oh, and PS - don't book this so much that we can't find a spot next year . . .)

Florida spring break

The condo was in the best location in the project and beautiful inside and out. The view is the best and close to shopping, pools were amazing. Lots of chairs for all. The owner even has chairs and umbrella for beach sitting so we did not need to take those items from Michigan.

Fantastic!

My husband & I rented this unit on a trip to visit his Dad who lives in Edgewater. Great corner unit condo with awesome views. Very clean & bright with comfortable beds. Convenient to restaurants & grocery markets. Would definitely rent from Brent & Christina again - very communicative.

Beautiful view, beautiful condo!

Great location on a quiet beach. Big waves to ride on the boogie boards made available by condo owners. Chairs are also made available so you can sit on the beach and enjoy the sunshine. Condo is clean and nicely appointed with lots of extras. Owners kept in good contact. C's Waffles across the street was a GREAT breakfast spot! Norwood's Restaurant down the road was great too. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful beach and ocean views

Just returned from a wonderful week in this unit. Everything provided that you could possibly need. Enjoyed dining at several local restaurants. We used the beach chairs provided everyday while enjoying the sun and sand. Our 2 grandchildren were able to visit for a few days and were able to view the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral from the front balcony. Brent is attentive to any needs. Hope to visit again next year!

A great condo at New Smyrna Beach

My wife and I were one week in the condo of Brent&Christina. It is a really perfect condo. All things, that we needed, was available. The condo has a fantastic view to the beach and the ocean. It is very quit, so we had a relaxing week. The description was fully correct, the condo clean und well-maintained. We get very good information from Brent for our stay. We were in several condos and hotels during our stay in the United States. This condo was the very best place. The whole region of New Smyrna Beach is very beautiful and you can make long walks at the "never ending" beach.

Booked this place for 5 nights to celebrate my and my best friend’s 60th birthdays. We were so excited! Booked online (even took our credit card and gave us a confirmation) and we were all set… until the next day when we were informed it was a 7 night only booking…. They gave us lots of “comparable” options… LOL. Nothing compared. So we went on another booking site and found the perfect place for 5 nights. Bye VRBO!!!!!!!

A Perfect Vacation

My wife, son and I had a wonderful experience at NSB. It was our first time there and it was a perfect mix of relaxation, things to do and activity. The beach itself is awesome and perfect for long walks. The unit itself was absolutely perfect with great views! The owners definitely take great care of their condo and pay attention to all of the details that make a comfortable and great vacation - from comfortable beds, to quality utensils, to good beach chairs and toys. They are awesome and and super easy to work with, as well as very accessible if you need anything. The facility was also very easy as everything you need is right there - two great pools, a deck area for lounging at the beach, shuffleboard, etc. Also located across the street from one of the better restaurants in the area and a grocery store. Would definitely stay again and hope to soon! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful Condo

The condo and grounds are very nice. If you bring your dog you have to walk it out on sidewalk by a busy road. Would be nice if they had a more convenient area for them.

Beautiful Condo!

This place is really amazing. It is in a perfect location. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked to meet your needs. It was great to have beach chairs and towels provided. We enjoyed Flagler Avenue and even saw a rocket launch from the beach. Gorgeous beach and fun waves and even sea turtle tracks. We loved everything about the place!!

Lovely Condo

Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Great location. We very much enjoyed our week here. We were able to bring our dog, even to most of the great restaurants in the area, since most have outdoor seating. If we come back to New Smyrna in the future, we would definitely want to rent this condo again.

really beautiful condo

Overall, the condo is gorgeous and my sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The interior furniture is very comfortable and the bedrooms, kitchen and baths were nicely stocked. Wifi worked very well. The balcony furniture looks nice, but is not comfortable to sit on. The wood chairs could use cushions, or swap them out for something more comfortable or softer where a cushion is not required. I understand about the damage the salt air causes, so I realize this is not such an easy issue to solve. Because of the strong salt air you are forbidden to keep the doors or windows open (this is true for all NSB condos I’ve stayed in, not just this one) which is sad because you can’t enjoy the ocean breeze or the sound of the waves unless you’re outside. The instructions for operating the TVs were very vague and we couldn’t figure out how to watch normal channels like ABC, NBC, CNN. However, all the streaming channels are available, so you won’t have a problem if that’s your preference. I’ve sent feedback to Great Ocean Condos asking them to improve the instructions for the remote controls.

Fantastic condo

We have vacationed in New Smyrna at least 10 times and this was the best condo we have ever stayed in. The southwest corner unit provided beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. The unit has been completely remodeled with beautiful furniture, fixtures and appliances and is stocked with everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. We will definitely be coming back.

Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views of the beach and ocean are the best!

My husband and I and our dog Kaiya enjoyed everyday of our vacation. The condo is just perfect and so comfortable. We loved the recliners. The condo was left extremely clean and well stocked. Coffee every morning on the balcony,relaxing on the beach, comfy beds at bedtime made a perfect vacation. If you have a pet the New Smyrna Dune Park is awesome. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Corner unit is the way to go!

Enjoyed this clean and updated condo. Bed & furniture VERY comfy! View was the Best! Location was fantastic! Owner, Brent was very attentive. This corner unit is ideal with the extra light and view down the beach from the side windows and balcony.

Just what we wanted

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view. The beach and the pool suited all our family members – some liked to walk the beach, others simply enjoyed relaxing/playing in the sun in the pool or on the beach. We truly enjoyed area restaurants (Touch of Italy, The Baker’s Table, Norwood's Eatery & Treehouse Bar…) and found several nice, local grocery stores. The drive to the Kennedy Space Center was easy and it was a great addition to our Florida visit. The condo owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We hope to return to New Smyrna Beach in the future.
