Diana, one of the check in staff was very accommodating to change my room to a 2 bedroom since my sister decided to take a last minute trip. And the lady who attended the breakfast/bar area was very nice as well; I couldn’t read her name tag to compliment her. The room and bathroom were very clean; the best I’ve seen comparable to other 4 star review hotels.

front desk reception wonderful / a lot of noise on our 5th floor at night though - saw next morning there were a lot of younger people staying as well / it was loud but overall a nice place to stay - would have loved a continental breakfast too

I liked the view from the window, into the woods. Saw two deer. Staff was friendly, they did an excellent job welcoming us.

Not Impressed
Didn’t feel safe ultimately. Cars were coming to and from the property at all hours of the night and with me being handicapped, sometimes, I couldn’t even find handicapped parking because they allowed those without placards to take the spaces. There was also a water leak on the second floor and the water in the room wasn’t even that hot. The television was old and not even that bright at all. The amenities are so barebones that it’s insane.

Every time I’ve stayed it has been so peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing! I love the atmosphere, the body wash and lotion because sometimes you forget something at home! The beds are amazing and the rooms are so comfortable and spacious!!

The hotel was nice, but it was difficult to get any sleep. The doors slam when people come in and out. They dont require you to pull them shut, or have a soft close, they literally slam shut. We were woken up throughout the night from people coming and going and doors slamming. The direct TV kept pausing/freezing. We called to have it fixed, they rebooted the TV and 30 min later it was right back to freezing again. We also had to call the front desk at 3:00 am due to people yelling and cursing all down the hallways.

We’ve stayed here several times when visiting family. We appreciate the close distance and convenience of nearby amenities; but for the last two stays we were greatly disappointed with the service and events that transpired. Our cleaning toiletry bag was stolen by staff. This is the second time things were stolen at this property. The A/C noise was intolerable and the bathroom was sub par. We were moved to a different room and it was fine the rest of the stay but we will not be going back in the future.
