"When we arrived to check in, we were told Expedia evidently cancelled my stay due to an “issue” with the card I used to book months ago. But I didn’t receive the notification and the app still showed me as “Booked”. Evidently the hotel was fully booked due to multiple concerts over the weekend. This was highly upsetting and sent me into a state of panic. The hotel manger indicated he was restoring my reservation at the same price I booked - we charged a higher amount but we had a place to stay after our concert ended so it mostly worked out. The hotel was very nice and is close to prudential center and the sports illustrated stadium, if you are going for a concert at one of these venues and need a place to stay, I recommend this hotel. However, I likely will not use Expedia to book in the future."

"Property is great and the Bistro restaraunt food was good and great service. My only complaint was being charged for parking when parking lot was completely full. Had to park on grass and its the only parking available so you must pay the parking. Plus they seemed a bit short staffed for breakfast at the Bistro but the staff was very capable and professional."
