This is a good basic place to stay- there isn't many frills. It provides a nice bed and bathroom. Good for a stay when you just need the essentials. Location for Mt Sunapee is excellent.

Cool NH wintertime vibe inside, even though there in September. Check in and check out super easy but I do get how some may not like the fully digital approach. Nice pathway to the lake. The Shanty next door, fun, walk to, and good food. room was a mix of chalet and modern bathroom. Definitely stay there again if in the area.

Interesting digital Rez and check-in and out worked well. Very interesting decor and extras in the public areas. Rooms are spacious but need more fixtures for unpacking. You're basically stuck living out of suitcase - no other place to put it.

The room was clean and decorated very nicely. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I would love to know where they get those wonderful pillows. The bathroom was updated. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. However, I would have liked to see a grab bar in the shower. The shower gel that hits the shower floor makes it slippery even though there is a mat provided. I did not see any staff during my 2-night stay, but I did like the electronic check-in. I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Clean and convenient, I wasn’t sure how it would be for a couple of seniors, we attended a wedding near by at The Greatful Dane a few minutes up the road. But because it was only 7pm when we left the beautiful wedding, we decided to take the 2 hour drive back home and didn’t stay. Anyway I would surely choose this place again. The room was a king room, first floor equipped with a handicap shower and very clean with easy self check in. If we had the time, we would have checked out the fun looking restaurant next door. Thank you

There was not a staff member to be found. At one point we thought we were the only guests staying at the resort. It was a keyless check in and check out so it was easy but it was very strange. There was a rec room but most of the stuff was broken.

Beautiful property with comfortable rooms, especially the family room. We would stay again but would request an upstairs room. We were across the hall from the game room and it was loud until after midnight. Vending machines were almost empty and we definitely missed having a breakfast available, especially when there wasn't many options nearby. Irish pub next door was nice and convenient for dinner. Check-in was easy but I prefer to have a staffed front desk--someone available when there are problems and not just a number to text.

Did not have a bad stay, it was weird that I didn’t see a single staff member the entire time of our stay. There were no waters in lobby, pretty much nothing stocked except ice. Room had a smell to it but I’m sure that is from ski season. Quiet room and shanty next door was a great vibe. Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to zero staff but I think that’s the way of the future.

Check was incredibly simple. I did have to get used to the fact that there is no staff around, though, which felt very futuristic to me. And the piped-in 80s New Wave music certainly added to the sci fi ambience. But everything was clean and well maintained and my room was really comfortable. All in all, it was a very good experience.

There is not a front desk staff. Everything is through email/phone. Once they process cc you will receive your room number and code to get into the room. It was a very nice clean inn. Definitely a great spot for a family.

The room was very clean and well decorated. The housekeeper was amazing. When we couldn’t get the tv working she was very helpful. What we didn’t like! Check in is all done on line. When we arrived there was no one at the desk. The inn appeared deserted. We were finally able to find the housekeeper who was helpful. We were told that there was an “inn keeper” but he was off for a few days. We were told he would return on Wed. On Thurs we ran into inn keeper. My husband wanted to speak to him regarding something be stored in the freezer. As he was running down the stairs he just kept saying “I’m not working right now.” We never did see him again. We were there 4 nights. We only saw 3 staff members the entire time. Not very good marketing. So inn keeper is not very visible or helpful.

Perfect family accommodations. Fun rec room on lower level for kids,fully stocked with games & big screen tv , in door pool-to keep kids busy. Lovely living room space with fireplace and board games, cozy lodge decor , coffee bar-on main level.Enjoyed nearby restaurants . We came off season & loved it! Highly recommend

This hotel was recently updated and it is fabulous!It had an active room for every age and a beautiful indoor pool equipped even for handicapped guest.Outside a great firepit with outdoor trials to small sledding hill and further down to a wonderful sandy lake beach. Great place anytime of year from skiing to leaf peeping. I will definitely be back!

It’s a bit creepy to have no human beings on the property to answer questions or provide warmth of service. Traveling alone it felt a bit ‘off’. There were not many guests either so while it was ok it was certainly not memorable. I would not recommend.
