This is a good basic place to stay- there isn't many frills. It provides a nice bed and bathroom. Good for a stay when you just need the essentials. Location for Mt Sunapee is excellent.

Cool NH wintertime vibe inside, even though there in September. Check in and check out super easy but I do get how some may not like the fully digital approach. Nice pathway to the lake. The Shanty next door, fun, walk to, and good food. room was a mix of chalet and modern bathroom. Definitely stay there again if in the area.

Interesting digital Rez and check-in and out worked well. Very interesting decor and extras in the public areas. Rooms are spacious but need more fixtures for unpacking. You're basically stuck living out of suitcase - no other place to put it.

The room was clean and decorated very nicely. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I would love to know where they get those wonderful pillows. The bathroom was updated. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. However, I would have liked to see a grab bar in the shower. The shower gel that hits the shower floor makes it slippery even though there is a mat provided. I did not see any staff during my 2-night stay, but I did like the electronic check-in. I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Check-in was easy (and earlier than expected!), but my door was already unlocked when I got there, and the code did not work when I tried to lock it. I texted the number and a lovely friendly staff person(Stacy) immediately came and tried to fix it. She ended up giving me a physical key. I appreciated the quick attention and resolution. Room was very sparse - it could use a small bureau or desk (some kind of storage or tabletop). Tons of easily accessible outlets. Room was clean and comfortable. The coffee machine in the lobby was awesome! Also I loved the quick path to the lake, and the great restaurant/pub next door. Overall a very positive experience!

Clean and convenient, I wasn’t sure how it would be for a couple of seniors, we attended a wedding near by at The Greatful Dane a few minutes up the road. But because it was only 7pm when we left the beautiful wedding, we decided to take the 2 hour drive back home and didn’t stay. Anyway I would surely choose this place again. The room was a king room, first floor equipped with a handicap shower and very clean with easy self check in. If we had the time, we would have checked out the fun looking restaurant next door. Thank you

There was not a staff member to be found. At one point we thought we were the only guests staying at the resort. It was a keyless check in and check out so it was easy but it was very strange. There was a rec room but most of the stuff was broken.

Beautiful property with comfortable rooms, especially the family room. We would stay again but would request an upstairs room. We were across the hall from the game room and it was loud until after midnight. Vending machines were almost empty and we definitely missed having a breakfast available, especially when there wasn't many options nearby. Irish pub next door was nice and convenient for dinner. Check-in was easy but I prefer to have a staffed front desk--someone available when there are problems and not just a number to text.

Did not have a bad stay, it was weird that I didn’t see a single staff member the entire time of our stay. There were no waters in lobby, pretty much nothing stocked except ice. Room had a smell to it but I’m sure that is from ski season. Quiet room and shanty next door was a great vibe. Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to zero staff but I think that’s the way of the future.

This was a cute hotel. There is no traditional check-in desk, which seemed odd. There was a staff member on site, but we only saw this person once. Our room was nice, and the bed was comfy. The common areas seemed hot and the pool area could use some updates. If traveling with kids, they have a great game room and a small area for toddlers.

Property was as described. Clean and safe- with a large room. Bare minimum decor and furniture. No dressers or anywhere to put your stuff. There is no staff to speak of except early mornings with cleaning people there. Which feels a bit weird. But room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
