The house layout was very spacious with plenty of room, a big kitchen/countertop which we enjoy, a huge garage to fit our truck (which is rare), comfortable beds, and was very clean and well appointed! From a location persepctive, it was ideal, between both sunapee town and skiing and new london. “Nine of us (leadership team) stayed together for 3 nights for corporate strategy work and team building. The house is wonderful - great kitchen/dining/living room layout. Comfortable private rooms/spaces for all. Beautiful views and property. Only slight challenge was internet bandwidth (they had two wifi options) but perhaps understandable when many of us needed it at the same time. The owners of the cabin were very helpful and have thought of everything to make things comfortable and enjoyable. “The property was exactly as listed, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. In addition, it was very spacious and could easily accommodate our extended family of 10. Also, whenever there was an issue or a problem – which was never the owner’s fault – the property manager was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to take care of it. We had only one main criticism, which is that we wish more of the windows had screens. We could not open the others without bugs……

“Loved the historical charm and layout of the property. Check-in process was easy using the coded keyless entry. The backyard was enormous and we enjoyed the peace and privacy of the property. However, the gas grill was very dirty and needed a thorough cleaning before we could even use it. Also, the flavorizer/heat distribution bars were rusty and corroded and should be replaced. Excellent wi-fi in the farmhouse. Softest bed I've ever slept in, but I found it to be very uncomfortable. Nice flat……
