「This place is faultless ! :~ the staff, the cleanliness, the care, the spaciousness, ambience, comfort, amenities, ... All, Everything is Wonderful, one of the Best places I've ever stayed in & I travel a lot ! Immaculately spotless whites, bright, light, clean, fresh, usually quiet with shared kitchen & ensuites, fridges & fans in rooms + TVs, sinks, kettle s, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, body & hair wash, hairdryers, towels, bedding, chairs, desks, free safe parking, within short walking distance...

「The room was very clean and tidy! Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is amazing very filling! And the parking is very easy too access but when there are a few guests staying the car park can get very tight, overall really good and best bit its only 17 mins drive too Alton towers from there 」

「I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process」
