「Good」

「Great location. Amazing staff. Awesome food」

「Room we stayed had some dirty linens, however they were very helpful and changed sheets for us. overall good stay」

「Awesome hotel overall and very good pricing.」

「Room was nice and clean. The bed felt like it was sloped down towards the headboard. Not level. Also the pillows were small. Even with extra pillows it wasn't comfortable. Check in was ok. The check in and checkout lady which was the same person didn't seem really friendly.」

「Parking was great, the rooms were spacious, we had a bit of a problem with the bed but the manager sorted it out very quickly and the staff were very courteous and efficient. The bistro had great food and great service. Breakfast came with the room and was very very good. Will definitely stay again.」

「The staff were friendly, room was clean, and it was nice to be able to go for a swim.」

「Room is lovely, property is well kept and clean. The pool is freezing. Wish it was heated for the kids and myself. The heating system is very loud in the room. The staff are wonderful. It was my son’s bday and they brought him a card with some treats from the front desk.」

「Was in St. Johns for a conference and stayed at the Hilton at was the most reasonable in price and good location.」

「The hotel was very clean and I noticed the new fresh furniture as well. Staff were friendly and demonstrated a willingness to assist. I enjoy the breakfast and the atmosphere, however, the food was cold. It would be great to do whatever it takes to change this issue. My favourite place to stay whether travelling or visiting the city for medical appointments.」
