The property is perfect! We have been coming to Newport with our kids and grandkids for over 6 years. And the entire group voted this stay the very best! Great to have toys for the bay at the same time so close to a great bodysurfing beach. Wonderful property with everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Wonderful place for a work team offsite

Everything was great with our stay. We appreciated the communication and ease of check-in. The house was very clean and well maintained with so many amenities!The location is great for beach access and being on the bay directly. Lots of places within walking distance also. The layout and furniture allowed for our full team (12 people) to stream presentations on the TV during our meetings and easily converse.The kitchen is fully stocked and everything we needed.

Clean and fun getwawy

We had our staff retreat at the house - it’s a duplex with an upstairs and downstairs - full units. We used the downstairs living room and connected dining room with the outdoor deck for our retreat. And also used both kitchens for team cooking. We also walked down to the beach for some guided tai chi. Everything was clean, we used the Duffy boat which was fun! The management was very efficient and easy communicate with. I’ve booked about 5 various home rentals for staff retreats and this was everyone’s favorite! 10/10 would definitely book this house again!

The best spot for a girls weekend

I came to Newport with 13 other girls for a girls trip and we had the absolute best time. The house is gorgeous, well stocked (appliances, kitckenware, coffee etc), right on the water with gorgeous outdoor hanging space, and the location can’t be beat. I didn’t realize how close we were to the beach until we got there! Rosie and the home owner were incredibly helpful and responsive. They facilitated a super early 12pm check in for us and even let us keep our bags in the garage during check out so we could explore town before our flight. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The little details

I’ve stayed in Newport many times. I have to say this was the cleanest and most hassle free place we have stayed. It really was the small details that were amazing. I know it sounds funny but all the way down to good toilet paper they had everything! Hexclad pots and pans, all the utensils you would need and everything was very clean! My wife is OCD to the max and even she was impressed. I will 100% be staying here every time I go to Newport if it’s available!!! Thank you for hosting such a great experience!!! Mother’s Day even impressed my mother-in-law.
