Welcome to your Newport Beach getaway! Just 4 houses from the surf and sand, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath Upper unit is perfectly situated for families and friends to enjoy everything the peninsula has to offer. *Lower unit is also available for large groups or families.
Step outside and stroll to the Newport Pier, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops, or spend your days surfing, biking, or exploring nearby Balboa Island. From whale watching to sunset cruises, adventure is right at your doorstep.
Outdoor Living:
Relax on the large sunny shared patio with umbrellas, plenty of seating, outdoor dining tables, and a BBQ grill — the ideal spot to unwind with ocean breezes and evening sunsets.
Interior:
Spacious living room with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)
Dining area for 8 plus additional bar seating
Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances
3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins (sleeps 6 in beds), sleeper soda (sleeps 2). 8 person sleeping capacity.
Extras:
1 garage parking for one mid-sized vehicle in shared (additional street parking can be found in surrounding neighborhood). (Garage is shared with lower unit)

Must be 25 years of age or older to book; with proof of ID.
Upon completion of reservation guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement, agreeing to White Sail Realty's Rules & Regulations.
