"Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back."

"First, Georgia (homeowner) was outstanding with communication. Quick and clear responses to any questions. Second, the house was clean and convenient in a great location on the lake. The 2nd floor screened in deck with fans was where we spent most of our time playing games, eating and relaxing. We rented a boat from Georgia and she made it very convenient (offered to drop it off at our dock). 5 stars all around."

"My family enjoyed the apartment. Love that it was pet friendly at a reasonable price. There wasn’t information on where to park or where to take out trash. We couldn’t configure out the pull out bed in the sofa. So my son slept on the couch. The closets don’t have hangers for clothes. Besides all of that, it is a nice little spot that is close to downtown and South End. Lots of pet friendly restaurants and shops."
