Living room/kitchen: Freeview TV, Sofa Bed (Double) (One Adult Only), Sofa Bed (Double) (One Adult Only), Breakfast Bar, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Wine Cooler, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garden with barbecue and outdoor shower (shared with other properties on-site). Storage for surf equipment available. Allocated parking for 1 car. Electric vehicle charging point (£50 for 7 nights, payable to owner on arrival). No smoking. Please note: Dogs must be kept on a lead in the grounds.. The Whitehouse is an impressive development on Cornwall’s north coast, just a few minutes from the award-winning beach of Watergate Bay.
9 The Whitehouse is a modern penthouse apartment, has one bedroom, with two sofa beds suitable for a further two guests in the spacious living area, making it ideal for small families and couples alike. It’s open plan living and dining space lends itself to spending quality time with someone special. If you don’t fancy venturing out, you’ll find everything you need for a cosy night in, including the all-important inbuilt wine cooler, a saviour at the end of a long day at the beach.
Conveniently located between Padstow and Newquay, Watergate Bay has everything that you could need for an amazing beach experience. With a variety of extreme sports, including surfing, mountain boarding, kitesurfing, traction kiting and wave skiing are just some of the adrenaline fuelled activities available from The Extreme Sports Academy, located right on the beach.
Within minutes of leaving 9 The Whitehouse you can be in one of the best surfing spots in Cornwall, offering the most beautiful of North Cornwall’s seascapes. Some nearby sights include, The Eden Project near St Austell, and for natural wonders there are the Bedruthan Steps, Gurnards Head and Kynance Cove.

Cheeky getaway
Super clean and everything we needed. Check in was great. Loved the location, loads of coastal walks etc and easy access to everything.
No view from no9 but I sort of knew that before we went.
This is just a personal opinion and doesnt deflect anything from the apartment.

Lovely accommodation and great location.
The property is lovely and very well set up with all you can need. The location is great; just a short walk to the beach and secure parking. The communication was not great though; I think the owner use another company but if you send a message through Home Away it will not be responded to.
