Jayne and Dean are the best hosts you could ever have! They are beyond helpful and just make everything about your stay seamless. The breakfast is amazing!! Plan on having their wonderful breakfast and skipping lunch lol I normally don’t eat breakfast but their fruit bowl is exceptional and my husband loved their full English. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

We’ve just checked out from Lazy Waves and wanted to share our lovely experience. We spent a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect- right across from the famous Towan Beach with the iconic house on the island. The owners themselves run the place, which makes a real difference - you can feel the care and warmth in everything. We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

Amazing

We had an amazing getaway at Lazy Waves, thanks to Jayne and Dean exceptional service. From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and delicious breakfast (and the apples), everything exceeded our expectations. This is by far one of the best B&b we have stay in, there is a well-thought detail in every part of the property and the location is just amazing. We'll definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!
