「Booked a double room for two people "a studio" in student accommodation. Had expectations that this was not a hotel and did not expect hotel level services. Room was rudimentary but adequate (still have the feeling of the springs from the discount mattress!) At check in, the staff said the booking was still "under review" and they couldn't check us in. Having expedia resend the confirmation email and showing them that, suddenly unlocked the check in. We were issued one key and discovered one...
