The room itself was an average room. A bit smaller than most hotels I've stayed it. Breakfast was a disappointment. No hot food options unless you wanted instant oatmeal. There was also no coffee available when I went.

Unique stay, not over priced at all.. was a great local getaway! Will be returning! The only recommendation I would provide, is to thoroughly clean off the balconies. There was a lot of bird droppings on the balcony and in the sliding door jam.

The property was beautiful. The rooms need more cleaning. There were spider webs everywhere, lots of flies in the room, no water, the vending machines had no water, the bathroom was ok but the shower curtains smelled bad.

Staff was great, but the hotel itself is really poor quality despite the “renovations”. It is affordable so if you don’t mind staying in a cheap motel quality room then it may be worth it. We paid a non refundable rate and really just needed a place to sleep so we ended up staying the night but I was very tempted to just drive the hour to get home and take the loss. Room smelled STRONGLY of wet dog and sweat…it’s embedded in the walls, furniture and especially in the shower curtain. Sleeping there felt like marinating in the smell and there was no way of showering since the shower itself wreaked. Couldn’t wait to get home and get the smell off. I also found hair on my pillow and the cases themselves had dark stains on them. Overall just really dirty.

The floors hadn’t been swept or washed in the room or bathroom. We had checked in late- so just wanted to go to bed. Next morning the clerk at the desk is complaining that the next person hadn’t shown up to relieve her from the end of her shift- I didn’t need to know that. It was looking over the water ! But the patio was very underwhelming only 1chair with bird poop on it. Sheets ? The unit was roomy and not carpet which was great ! Beautiful view of lake Ontario and cute little balcony. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Some fixtures were showing their age/ wear and tear. Despite being next to a major highway, the room was quiet. Breakfast was a sparse continental breakfast with few options for dietary restrictions. Overall, average accommodation, but a hidden gem because of the stunning view.

The location of this hotel is convenient for exploring the region and the views are beautiful. The rooms are recently updated and were comfortable. The bathroom small. Outdoor space was dirty and there was not seating to take in the great view. Not sure why they offer a continental breakfast yet minimum seating. The options were minimal and not restocked efficiently unless requested. No elevator so if you need accessibility this is not the hotel for you. Staff were friendly.

We booked a suite because we like to have a couch or chairs to sit on. We do not like watching the t.v. or having drinks sitting on the bed.The room was huge. A suite. There was no couch, no chairs, no closet doors, a kitchen but no appliances. We never told upon check-in that the room was deficient. The view from the patio was lovely, overlooking the marina and lake. We had 2 chairs outside on the patio which were covered in bird droppings. The patio was dirty with dead bugs and bird droppings. I used the hand towels to cover the chairs to sit on. We were tired after a long travel day and just wanted to relax and have a drink. So disappointed. The towels in the washroom were thread bare. Food in the on site restaurant was delicious. Service was good. We received an automated courtesy text from the front desk waking us up at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning asking us what time we were checking out at? I wasn’t impressed. Overall Ramada definitely needs to step up their game at the Ramada Jordan.
