「Lovely detached house close to beach and other interesting places to visit. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, a five year old and a toddler. We loved the reclining lounge chairs and having 2 full bathrooms. Aircon was great too.」

「This house was the perfect destination for our summer vacation to Niantic and the Connecticut shore. Our family has been camping at nearby Rocky Neck State Park for the past 40 years. The close location of this home was exactly what we needed while vacationing for the first time with our newborn. This was also the very first time we used the VRBO app. This entire process exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, efficient, and we felt very safe having our newborn there for five days. We...

「Lovely house - excellently equipped and fun decor. The owner was gracious and flexible and the location is beautiful. 」

「Kitchen needs some serving dishes. Lawn was not mowed so it was hard to enjoy the back yard」

「Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the...

「Our host was amazing from the first day we booked through checkout. The property was so much fun and the views were incredible. No complaints!」

「Cute, quiet little property, very clean! Lots of thought put into the amenities offered. Great communication w/host. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!」

「Soild communication with last minute reservation - very responsive to questions. Space exceeded expectations. Very beautiful home, high quality furnishings, amazing views, plenty of extras. Pool table was a big hit. Loved this home and the stay. A+++」

「Beautiful home, so much space. Kitchen was wonderful and had anything you needed to serve a meal. Wonderful covered deck out back, overlooking golf course to the Thames river. Owners very responsive. Will go back.」

「Host was completely unresponsive. Pool was not open and we got continued false promises for when it would be available. Housekeeping was still at the property 45 minutes after check in time. Basic necessities were not provided, like sponge, dish soap, kitchen garbage bags. Backyard was a mess, with overturned table, unmowed grass. Would not recommend this property.」

「This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Place is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to all the area activities.」

「Great house. Beds were comfortable, We visited family in the area who have a small apartment and were able to have them over to the house instead of trying to cram into their place. Worked perfectly.」

「Cute little house with excellent amenities. Perfect for our cousins getaway!」

「The house is adorable and the location is perfect.」

「In my experience 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds is a rare find, but ideal for recreating with our three adult children & their spouses, plus a small dog. Each bedroom accommodated its king sized bed and guest’s baggage, without being cramped. TV in each bedroom plus one in upstairs and downs stairs living areas, which were both well furnished. Everything was clean and well organized. Kitchen well equipped - cookware, tableware, cutlery, etc. Cabinets stocked w/ essentials & extras; Essential small...

「Excellent on all points!」

「Historic home in great shape for 1795. The only concern for me was the steep steps to the upstairs with my bad knees. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and lots of beds. It is a perfect place for a big gathering. Plenty of kitchen equipment, pots/pans/dishes/glassware/serving dishes to entertain. The host, Yvette, was amazing. She responded very quickly with any question. The best I've ever dealt with.」
