The property was much bigger than we imagined. The pictures do it no justice.. The house is so big. With so many facilities available for our use. The 2nd fridge/ freezer in the pantry was a bonus. With 5 people sharing.The outside space was so huge with the added bonus of the huge grass area for the dogs to run. The balcony seating area is much bigger than the pictures. With so nuch table space and seating.We where all amazed with the generous space avaible.We had so much space to park our very large twin axle motorhome and hire car.A cetral shopping centre was very close with great food and well named shops.Plus in le coup there also a small area with a local bakery. Chemist. Vets and supermarket. Le loup river walk was amazing for the dogs. Just 9 nins drive away from the villa St pauls de vence was very close. Wich is stunning. Plus the village of vence and cagnes sur mer is very close to.The coast could be reached within a 30 min drive to basic parts.Lovely house you will need a car to travel to the French riveria though

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz. Die drei kleinen Zimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad sorgen für ausreichend Privatsphäre. Egal ob Familie oder Freunde, alle kommen auf ihre Kosten.Auch Haustiere sind sehr willkommen und findet im Garten Platz und Auslauf.Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Menton, Nizza, Eze, sind schnell erreicht ebenso wie dievielen Strände der Cote d‘ Azur.Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Ein tolles Geräumiges Ferienhaus an toller Lage. Die Terrasse lädt zum Abends verweilen bei Französischem Wein ein und der Gesamte aussenbereich mit Grill ist liebevoll gestaltet. Überall entdeckt man jeden Tag neue kleine Details. Sehr gefallen hat uns, dass die Badezimmer jeweils am Zimmer angeschlossen sind und somit jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Stephane ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber welcher einen gerne über die Umgebung und anstehende Veranstaltungen informiert. Jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana per la seconda volta in questa casa. Il nostro host è sempre molto accogliente e disponibile. La casa ha gli spazi comuni (soggiorno e veranda con giardino) molto ampi e ben attrezzati. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario, tutto è disposto con cura e attenzione all'uso per gli ospiti. Tutto molto pulito e confortevole. Non c'è l'aria condizionata ma ogni stanza è dotata di ventilatori. Assolutamente raccomandato!

Vi havde den dejlig ferie i et perkekt hus til 6 personer. Rigtig dejlig teresse og have. Dejligt vejr, super strand og 16 km til Nice. Hvad kan man forlange mere?

Paisible vacances

Très agréable séjour

We had a great time!

Everything is nearby. You don't have to worry about long distances to cities like Cannes, Nizza etc. A lovely place to stay for couple of days with friends or your family. Special thanks to Mr. Lietta for his reception and communication. We really enjoyed our time!

Perfect location, spacious terrace and living room, friendly host.

The house is very close to the main attractions and beaches by car: Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Eze, Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Vence... Also you can find supermarkets and shopping malls in a few minute drive. The house is very well equipped. The terrace, the garden(s) and the living room with kitchen are spacious, the bedrooms are also okay. There are no aircons but all rooms have fans. The host, Stéphane, is very friendly. He lives in the neighbourhood for 30 years, he knows everything about the surroundings. Don't hesitate to ask him! If you are allergic to cat hair, that's not your place to stay. But the rest are perfect for an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy!

Charming house for a wonderful stay!

Everything was really great about the house. Full of charm and character and very spacious. The property on which the house sits is also very spacious. I really loved all the light coming into the house and the terrace was just amazing for evening dinners and relaxing! Having three bedrooms each with a bath was nice and would be great for families or large groups. Had a lovely warm welcome and departure with the host! Very close to some nice restaurants and a very large grocery store. Easy to reach the beaches and the A8 autoroute as well! Really well positioned to reach all over the Côte d'Azur. Overall a fabulous stay and I highly recommend the property!
