「This was amazing. Super spacious for being a tiny house. We stayed for 2 nights. The house was extremely clean and everything was so tidy inside. Property was quiet and very neat. If you need a place to stay in or around Picayune, stay here. I was extremely pleased.」

「On arrival, my room had a heavy bleach smell in the room, the floors were sticky, and television did not work. I requested a room change and it was drab and patches in the wall where repairs had been made. Bed frame had old springs which screeched when you sat on it.」

「I always get a great rate when I book here, and it’s usually very clean upon check in. But the last room I was in had bugs in it. I took a picture of one of the smaller bugs I saw. And I was told that housekeeping doesn’t clean but only like every 4-5 days. That is disturbing and unsanitary. I had to go and get clean towels when I needed them because they don’t clean every day. And usually when I’m there, I’m there for 3-4 days each trip.」
