"Fantastic location right next to Interlaken West train station. Excellent breakfast with great-tasting food and immaculate upkeep. Modern, clean rooms, small but cleverly designed and fully soundproofed. Loved being able to open the door for fresh air with a safety barrier. Friendly staff throughout. A few NYE decorations would’ve been a nice touch, but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stunning view and apartment was modern and new. It had everything you could want for a wonderful stay. Definitely 5-Star. My family stayed there over Christmas. Kitchen had all amenities and was great for preparing our meals. We ate in a great deal so very helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"This property was lovely. The interior was spacious and clean. We used this property as a home base for a week in the Interlaken area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal if dining in. This apartment is way up on a cliff and about a 20 minute drive down a steep mountain to downtown interlaken. This did not bother us however the road is very narrow and a little nerve racking. But, I am afraid of heights so not sure that’s important. This is a ground level unit and did not have much of a view of the lake Thun below as we had anticipated. But over all I would stay here again and make memories here again. "

"My friend and I stayed at SUNGALOW for two days and it was enough to convince me that I need to visit this area of Switzerland again, and stay at the SUNGALOW. The photos are accurate but do not do the views of the area or the chalet justice. Both are superior to the photos. The charm and quaintness of the area and Chalet are beyond words...you need to be there to experience it. The cows in the neighborhood provided melodic bell ringing music during our walks in the morning. We visited Montreaux, Zurich, and Beatenberg on our trip and hands down prefer Beatenberg and this property above all others. You owe it to yourself to experience Switzerland as it should be experienced.Access to the property, communication and responsiveness of the owner, and cleanliness were stellar."

"Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"
