Excellent property with beautiful views

We stayed in Kassel for a week visiting my father in law. The apartment was very spacious and very convenient to shopping, attractions, and excellent bakeries and dining options.

Super Objekt, mieser Nachbar

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und großzügig. leider gibt es nur ein Bad, was bei 7 Personen manchmal zu etwas Stau geführt hat. Es gibt eine tolle Terrasse mit viel Platz. Wirklich gestört hat ein etwas gestörter Nachbar (gegenüber), der am Samstag um 7.30 anfing seine Hecke zu schneiden und am Pfingstmontag auch um 7.30 Uhr mit dem Kärcher seine beiden Autos über eine Stunde lang wusch. Darauf angesprochen reagierte er sehr aggressiv. Dies war zum Glück nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen in einem sonst sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Mädelswochenende

Wir (5 Frauen) hatten ein super schönes Frauenwochenende im Kasseler-Raum. Die Unterkunft war dafür super geeignet. Ausreichend, gemütliche Betten (man hätte locker zu 8 da schlafen können), ein großer Wohnbereich mit Couch und Sesseln und schönem, großen Balkon. Die Küche für so viele etwas klein, aber da wir eh vor hatten auswärts zu frühstücken, hat uns das nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Auto nur wenige Autofahrminuten entfernt, dafür aber im guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Schöne Wohnung, aber nicht zentral

Für 6 Personen war die Ausstattung mit Toilettenpapier, Spültabs und Mülltüten etwas karg. Genug Messer und Gabeln gab es für die Anzahl der Gäste auch nicht. Ansonsten war die Wohnung aber ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Sauberes, geräumiges und schönes Appartement

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren hier ein Wochenende mit 7 Personen und haben es sehr genossen. Eine zweite Toilette wäre noch von Vorteil gewesen. Bei 7 Personen musste man sich abends und morgens gut organisieren damit alles im Bad und Toilette reibungslos funktionierte :-)

Schöne Wohnung

Eine schöne Wohnung - wir waren zu sechst und hatten ausreichend Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen und sitzen. Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Sehr schöner großer Balkon. Wirklich kochen kann man allerdings mangels entsprechend großer Kochtöpfe für 6 Personen nicht. Die einzige Pfanne hat ihre guten Tage schon lange hinter sich, die Teflonbeschichtung ist stark beschädigt. Alle Betten waren frisch bezogen, für alle lagen Handtücher in guter Qualität und ausreichender Anzahl bereit. Der professionelle Putzdienst hatte vielleicht nicht ausreichend Zeit, die Böden gut zu reinigen. Dafür konnten wir schon mittags in die Wohnung und nicht erst um 16 Uhr.

Schön mit kleinen Mängel

Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und hell, der Balkon ist sehr groß. Das Internet-Wlan ist ausgezeichnet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut strukturiert. Der Schlüsseltresor ist eine gute Lösung, wenn man spät anreist, so ist man auf keine Rezeptionszeiten angewiesen. Die Wohnung zeigt aber auch Mängel auf, so war der Fernseher nicht in Ordnung und der teilweise fehlende Holzbodenbelag auf dem Balkon eine ziemliche Stolperfalle. Die Klospülung ist nichts für Grobmotoriker.
