「On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter.
