The open-plan living kitchen is compact but fully equipped: Two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a classic filter coffee machine ensure independence when cooking. A dining table for four people completes the living area.



Special highlight is the private terrace with direct access to the well-maintained garden. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors, relax with a book or let the day end with a glass of wine. The terrace is partially covered and offers sufficient privacy through side boundaries. And the best part: Only about 30 metres separate you from the next sea view – the gentle murmur of the waves accompanies you almost around the clock.



The equipment includes free WiFi, bed linen, hand and dish towels, as well as a private parking space directly at the house. Upon request, air conditioning, heating, a shared washing machine, and an intermediate cleaning can also be used for a fee. A covered barbecue area in the garden is available to all guests - perfect for sociable evenings.
