On the booking channel you said that you have A restaurant A bar 24h room service WiFi in every room Laundry service Etc But in fact, there is no WiFi No possibility to do laundry or even have you bring it somewhere else to wash it. There is no remote for the air conditioning The bathroom door is missing a handle the toilet leaks water after you flush There are so many insects and FROGS in the room And the bare minimum is to have……

“Serendivi Resort Villa was amazing! Right on the beach, Tropical Modernist architecture and an incredible view. We were looked after very well by Farees, Chefs Sanath and Vinodh and the Manager Prabath. Really delicious food. I wish we had stayed longer! ”

“We had a great 1 night stay here. Excellent location on the lagoon, near the beach and restaurants/ bars nearby. Small resort which looks lovely on the outside. The rooms and balconies are huge and very quiet. The host was very friendly and helped arrange a transfer to Colombo airport the following day. He was very responsive via text and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was also very nice. Excellent value for money! ”

El recibo que me dieron en el hotel no era correcto porque era manuscrito (se había acabado el rollo del datáfono) y no llevaba mis datos. Tras múltiples mensajes con Hotels.com no me lo han devuelto. Ya me he resignado pero espero que sirva a la propietaria y futuros clientes para que no vuelva a pasar. ”

When I left at 10.30 on Tuesday morning no-one was around.
