We initially received two single beds instead of the double we booked (this was corrected after we complained), but our room was located directly next to the outdoor smoking area, so cigarette smoke constantly drifted into our room and balcony despite requesting a non-smoking room. 「Remonda's warm welcome and assitancr during pur stay was amazing. What a lovely apartment. It is very new so there are a few items missing that would improve the unit. There is no microwave and dishwasher which would have been so helpful on holiday. Other than it, it was greaf. 」

「Mid level hotel. Reminded me of Spring break hotel. A lot of kids and families. The food was passable but not great. The rooms were tired, small and expensive. The pool was packed and murky( maybe due to being salt water). It ended up being quite expensive for what you got. It is not walkable to anything.」

「Had a bungalow (not actually a bungalow - these are 2 x apartments, one stacked on top of the other) on the hillside. Really lovely apartment, great facilities and (if you go for a sea view) wonderful views. There's a funicular lift or you can walk up the (many!) steps or hillside to get to the hillside apartments. They are set in very nice grounds and have a table and chairs, hot tub, and sunbeds on a terrace/balcony. Great location to either relax or you can use the buses (a short walk...

「This a lovely hotel in a stunning location. We enjoyed our stay but I think it could excel if it fixed a few issues: - found a solution to sun bed hogging which made it very hard to find spaces after 9am - replaced broken sun beds more readily - deployed more staff by the pool, too few to get a drink readily - bolstered the concierge team. We had to chase and chase for answers to queries (even ones made weeks before arrival) - fixed room fridges (they barely cooled anything)」
