「Great space in the 2 bedroom apartment we had. The internal doors couldn't close and we had an issue with the shower spilling out cause the drain wasn't flowing well. The restaurant food really needs attention - we had raw chips on both occasions we ordered (burgers & sandwiches) and the steak was woefully overdone with the second being good. Amazing space with great amenities for the whole family.」

「Staff were great. Food was excellent. Rooms were massive and luxurious (we stayed in a villa). Game drivers were really knowledgeable and saw a decent amount of wildlife over the course of 2 game drives. We saw impala (obviously), eland, warthog, giraffe, rhino (and a baby rhino), buffalo, lion and a variety of birds and reptiles.」

「We loved our stay at Mongena. Our 4 year old daughter loved having zebras and impalas walking around the lodge. The game drives were amazing, the guides were knowledgeable and very friendly.

「Everything was really nice only downfall is that the kids play area was not maintained and mostly broken, and the pool and jacuzzi definitely not worth it, although it's spring water there is still a level of cleaning that could be done it was terribly aweful.
Staff and stay were good」
