"Wonderful room set up, kitchen well stocked, everything in working order, easy access to beach, grocery store 12 minutes away, tennis courts 15 minutes away. Living dining area open and comfortable for 12 people to eat, watch TV and play games. Very responsive support team! Highly recommend this house! "

"We stayed at Sunny Palms during Christmas week with our children and their families. The house was clean and the spaces were more than adequate (and very helpful). The location was great. 13 min either direction for groceries and 25 min to St. Augustine. The only complaint was as another guest pointed out that there were a couple unusable pans in the kitchen and the decking outside was a bit rough (be careful of the littles with their feet). HOWEVER the view was unmatched, waking each morning to the sunrise and we had the beach to ourselves. The weather was fantastic!"

"The property is absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly for our family of 6. I really appreciated the family friendliness of the house. It’s simple so I didn’t have to worry about my energetic kiddos breaking anything delicate, it was spacious so we didn’t feel crowded, and they fully stocked the whole house so there wasn’t a need for anything! The hosts are great and communicate very efficiently. "

"We had a wonderful time staying here over the recent Thanksgiving holiday while we were in town visiting family. The perfect amount of space (with some to spare) for our family of three and an awesome location across from many new restaurants and shops. The king bed was also extremely comfortable! While the place could use a little sprucing up/TLC (some wear not represented in the beautiful pictures), it didn’t impact the quality of our stay. Thank you for opening your home to us, Victor!"
