“We came for a short Spring Break get away. We had so much fun playing games, relaxing by the fire and soaking in the hot tub. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen if fully stocked with everything you need for stress free cooking. We did read that there was no dishwasher so we brought our own paper plates, plastic wear and solo cups to cut down on the amount of dishes we would have to do. They had a linen closet full of brand new towels and a ton of beach towels. No need to bring……

“This property was perfect for our trip! With one bedroom, a big living room and kitchen area and a spacious bathroom, it was plenty for two people! Access to the property was very easy and the communicated directions were very timely and helpful! The property was clean, neatly organized and beautifully decorated! It's almost in town, everything is within less than 10-minute drive (including Walmart) but it's location on the lake, provides for some much-needed tranquility! I would definitely……

“Super nice place! You can tell owners really took the time when laying out the design and are further improving. The game area in the loft was brilliant idea! Seriously folk.. shuffle board! Hard to find a bar with a table much less a beautiful cabin with a hot tub! They had everything you need kitchen wise and even the little things like an amazing potable bluetooth speaker. Highly recommend for small groups and large.”

“This property is absolutely perfect! It's exactly what you see in the pictures! Clean and beautiful! Great view of Grand Lake! They have added so many amazing touches - auto-open/close toilet seat even! The beds are so very comfortable. The location is just off of the highway but with no noise and just close enough to mini golf, restaurants, and the town. We can't wait to go back!”

“Fantastic property. Updated amenities. Cozy and quiet. There is a lot to do around it. Bentonville, Buena vista, Eureka springs, beaver lake etc are all within a quick drive. For the price it’s an absolute must stay. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t even get a chance to experience the elk river. ”

“Girlfriend and I wanted a quiet weekend getaway and this was the perfect place to do it. Very nice cabin, nice location. Only thing I would suggest is to have a packet of info in the cabin for guests to see local places to visit and also a small map of the area where the cabin is showing walking path or a way to get down to the water for sight seeing. We looked online and saw that there is a community firepit that is very cool and not far from the cabin. Definitely a place we will visit again.”

“The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much.”

“Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Happy overall for the price we paid in what has become an expensive town to own property in. There were a few things in the rental that looked to need attention but overall they did not blemish our stay.”
