「Host was responsive to problems we encountered upon arrival, but they should have been addressed prior to arrival through housekeeping management.The kitchen was not well stocked with dinnerware, so come prepared if you have a full house.You’re at a train crossing, so be prepared for train horns and crossings 24/7.The cabin had comfortable beds and lounge furniture and the air conditioning was good. While I was drinking coffee on the large porch the first morning, a deer welcomed me to the neighborhood. Incredibly peaceful spot. 「The place is a lot smaller than expected. Parking was a little tricky. But it worked for one night. Wifi wasn't great and we didn't have any towels. Wish it had some type of fold out chair or little desk to do some work on. Other than that, it was a cute, peaceful place. Beds were comfortable, space was clean. Would stay again, but would be prepared better.」

「We’ve been coming to HMT for about 6 years. The house was great. Clean. Well maintained. Host was readily available for any and all questions. Self check in. Love the central location between all of our normal trails. I gave it a 4 star over all because although it had free wifi there was no cellular service. For some of our crew it was difficult to keep in touch with family. The other issue was the couches were too low for our crew. I know they change to beds but sitting in them was difficult...
