「Great property if you want to be away from the action but still be able to walk to it if you choose. Clean, quaint villas surrounding a nice size pool. Staff were attentive and friendly. The owner wasvery friendly also. This will be my go to spot for future trips to beautiful Aruba!」

「Love it!!!!!! Amir is the sweetest and most professional guy ever! It is a nice little hotel & apt style residence...the pool is wonderful. It is very close to the supermarket, totally walkable. If you walk for about 15 mins-ish to the right side the hotel, there are lots of good restaurants; Italian, dutch, pizza, and etc! Highly recommended South Beach Residence!!!」

「Beautiful property only issue is they need an elevator as I had to ask the staff to carry my bags up and down the stairs. But it’s right in front of Eagle Beach, I had breakfast included which was nice and they made me some beautiful birthday balloons and decorated it on my bed which was so sweet! I loved my time there and highly recommend」

「Our stay was great and we especially loved the dog and cat on property! They were so sweet. The pool is great and lots of seating outside our room and the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.」

「We had a great stay! Even though there are mutiple rooms we never saw the patio/pool area crowded. We had the pool suite and it was spacious with a kitchen and a nice seating area outside. The housekeeper was very nice and attentive and the check in/out process was seamless. It is on a great area close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely be back abd recommend them 100%. 」

「Good stay, has everything you need for a good price if you want to avoid spending arm and leg at the Marriott across the street and if you don’t mind the 5 min walk. My brother was getting married at the Marriott so i mostly used their facilities and was surprised that no one asked or cared if i was staying there or not but that said Lagunita’s pool and facilities are nice and quaint and the room is nice and clean. 」
