「This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook. Never have I been treated to this level of crap by your organization....

「Nice place. Good communications. Everything as advertised. Very clean and well kept.」

「The place was clean and the pool was nice with no harsh chlorine smell. There were toys for the pool and ocean. Beach towels were provided as well. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The two rooms apart from the main house had a harsh chemical smell. (Maybe plumbing issue) The gas/hot water was not working for the last two days of our stay. Could not use the stove or dryer. Shower would not get hot. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation in Aruba. 」

「The villa was very very clean!! It was great speaking to Lidia! When you sent her a message she responded right away! There was 8 adults staying at the villa, there was plenty of room. The rooms were spacious and clean! The pool outside was beautiful!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Lidia!」

「The house is great, well-maintained, looks like the pictures. The outdoor area is wonderful for family and kids. The only thing missing is an outdoor speaker. The house is well equipped with beach supplies and kid toys, including floats. The host is welcoming and very responsive. The location of the house is on the corner of a main road. The coffee shop next door is a plus. However, you share a parking lot with their guests, so during the morning and afternoon hours it is busy. The coffee shop...

「Great location. Check in was alittle hectic. Asked owner to checkin at 3:00. Cleaners were there til after 4:00. We wanted to watch world cup games on tv but they didn’t have local availability so couldn’t watch at all. Pool was dirty at times so when I used the net to skim debris out of pool it was full of holes so ineffective. Had to wait for pool to be cleaned before we could use it. However the house was very accommodating for our family of 4. The 3 full baths really worked out great. The...

「We had a great family vacation. The property accommodated all of us nicely. Enjoyed our stay.」

「The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was sparkling. A cooler was offered with chairs for the beach, as well as towels to use at the pool. We had hoped the beach was closer and a vending machine for drinks and snacks or even a mini mart nearby. The manager offered us to come back. The price is great and we may take him up on it.」
