「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「A great sized Villa for our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) with access to all the Pullman facilities. Some furnisihings required cleaning attention & would prefer not having to travel with our own pool towels (which are not provided). Kitchen is well equiped but was missing a colander & spatula.
