"We actually liked the room, except it didn't have a microwave, had a few spiders, and I wish that there was a door between the restroom, and sink/closet area, we couldn't get ready at the same time, since there was no privacy between the two areas !"

"The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. They do not have Wifi, though. Disneyland was only 3 short blocks away. Parking was only $20. When I drive to Anaheim from Joshua Tree I have to pay $35/day for parking in the Disneyland parking lot. I'm able to park for 2 day trips to Disneyland when I stay one night at this hotel, so the cost of the room was a real bargin."

"Each staff member I interacted with was helpful and kind. The girl who checked us in was cheerful and sweet. I loved that she wore Mickey ears. So cute. The lobby was pleasant and clean. We enjoyed the pool area too! Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although some parts of the hotel seemed a little dated, you could tell it was well maintained and clean. We all enjoyed our stay!"

"I was dissatisfied with the pool staff. There were four lifeguards standing in the gate entrance area when there were quite a few people in the pools. No lifeguard near the pools. Even with them being near the entrance gate, I had to wait for someone to let me in, because they were busy with conversations"

"Pool area was small and seat cushions were stained and service wasn't good as there was no wait staff. Rooms were ok but this was definitely not a JW quality standard room for cleanliness nor overall quality. Front desk staff advised of guaranteed check-in for 4pm but did not notify of room readiness until after 5pm."
