"We absolutely enjoyed our stay in that house. It is cozy, equipped with everything you need and has a fantastic view. It is the perfect house also when it is raining and windy, what can happen often in Denmark. Using the fireplace and playing board games makes also these days enjoyable. "Super fint hotel og fint værelse , samt udemærket morgenmad . Meeeen nærmest ingen søvn. På trods af at vi boede på 3 sal så kunne man høre alt fra gaden . Der var først ro tidligt om morgen"

"Nice "upgraded" Cabinn in heart of Esbjerg. Booked a studio which had queen size bed and tea kitchen. Lots of space in the living/sleeping area itself but the bathroom was dreadfully small. Tiny shower area with water spraying everywhere and curtain stuck to your body. However, great shower pressure. I would probably not stay here again simply due to the size of the bathroom but otherwise, lovely place to stay with cozy and nice lobby and super friendly staff."

"The check-in receptionist was rude. It was a surprise that breakfast was not included, this was not clear in the advertisements and no options for with/without breakfast available. This was, apparently, my fault for not booking directly with the hotel. I have been there many times over the past 20 years and never had this problem before. I do not plan on returning."

"Prided for being the oldest hotel in Denmark, you can feel its history the moment you step into the lobby, with its charming period furnishings. If you want a true taste of history, this is the place to stay. The rooms are adequate and warm, though ours had a rather slanted floor. The location is excellent.. right next to the cathedral and at the start of Ribe’s old street, two of the town’s main attractions. A small hiccup during check-in: there was no one at reception, and calls to the provided number went unanswered, which meant we couldn’t access the private parking. Breakfast, however, was fantastic, with a nice variety of options."
